But we're not that smart. Corps are going to get out of paying taxes. That's purposely how the system was built to encourage people to start corps. More US corps, more employees, higher wages, etc.

Trickle down works when there isn't gov't interference on the market prices, etc.

As far as shareholders goes, people seem to forget that the American populace are the biggest shareholders. We like growth and returns not steady earnings. You can't complain about both sides of the coin.

Look at the Lord's chicken. Private company that serves the community, has crazy demand, and consistently delivers top quality products... but... isn't beholden to public sentiment and demand for increased profits. Compare that to MCD who is automating and cutting its menu to squeeze every last drop of profit out.
